CTRL + ALT + DLT: A Guide to a Better You

We all know the classic computer command: CTRL + ALT + DLT. But what if we applied this same principle to our lives? I believe these three functions hold the key to a happier, more fulfilling life. CTRL: Control Your Emotions The first step is to CTRL , or control , your emotions. Our emotions—from happiness and excitement to anger and anxiety—are powerful. When we let them take the wheel, we often make decisions we later regret. Think about the promises we make in moments of joy or the hurtful words we say when we’re angry. By learning to control our emotional responses, we can give ourselves the space to think clearly. This doesn't mean we should suppress our feelings. It means we should pause, breathe, and choose our actions wisely. Taking this extra moment allows us to make decisions we can be proud of, rather than ones we'll regret. Organize the Unorganized...!!!

  When you see both pictures, what is the first thing that come to your mind ? They both have same number of blocks but when you see, in the left image, the blocks are piled higher, overflowing slightly and creating a somewhat haphazard mound above the rim of the container. In the right image, the blocks are more neatly arranged and contained within the rim, possibly indicating a slight adjustment or settling of the blocks. This is a real-life story, me and my son were playing these wooden blocks. After we finished playing with them, I told him to keep them in the container so that we can play next time. He was in a hurry to play another game with his friends so he just dumped all the blocks into the container like picture on the left. Then I asked him what if the container fell down from your hand while keeping it in cup board or for any other reason, he instantly said, I will have to keep all of them again. 3 Failures of My Life

What are the most important parts of our life? –  Success and Failure. (You May Ask Yourself) Success gives us the feeling of satisfaction, victory, pride, happiness and many more things  but what about failure, when we fail we feel sad and disappointed.   I am great admirer to failure and you would know as I will go ahead with my speech. My school life was like a dime of a dozen.  I was in 10 th standard and had a fear of 1 subject, “Social Studies”. My mind could not connect the dots of History, Politics and Geography . The fear  lead to failure in all 3 preliminary exams of 10 th standard.  My family was worried on ho w would I clear board exams.  My parents  started to search different ways to get me through 10 th  standard and move ahead with life.  after a real hard work, my parents introduced me to a teacher who will do some magic on me that all of  my school teacher could not do.
