CTRL + ALT + DLT: A Guide to a Better You

We all know the classic computer command: CTRL + ALT + DLT. But what if we applied this same principle to our lives? I believe these three functions hold the key to a happier, more fulfilling life. CTRL: Control Your Emotions The first step is to CTRL , or control , your emotions. Our emotions—from happiness and excitement to anger and anxiety—are powerful. When we let them take the wheel, we often make decisions we later regret. Think about the promises we make in moments of joy or the hurtful words we say when we’re angry. By learning to control our emotional responses, we can give ourselves the space to think clearly. This doesn't mean we should suppress our feelings.
